NOTICE TO PLAYERS:

Cost to play is $30.00

$25 for golf and cart, PLUS $5 for prize money.

Due to the size of our group (not big), we can not expect the Host Courses to close their course to other players. So, as a matter of courtesy to the course and to the individuals putting the teams together, please make every effort to call the Host Course 2 days before day of play, (a minimum of the day prior).

If you were unable to call in, PLEASE arrive minimum of 45 minutes before tee time. Every attempt will be made to accommodate late call-ins. However, keep in mind no call ins and or late arrivals may cause delays in start time. Continued no call in and or late arrival may result in not being able to play that day. Call Host Course if you need to cancel (again minimum of 45 minutes before tee time).

THE COURSES HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED “IF THEY MAX OUT ON CARTS OR PLAYERS, THEY ARE TO INFORM YOU OF THAT, TAKE YOUR NAME AND PH. # IN CASE OF A 'TIMELY' CANCELLATION.” If they max out and you show up and have not already called in, you will not be allowed to play.
