IF YOU LIVE IN AN AREA IN AMERICA WHERE THERE IS FROST ON THE GROUND OCCASIONALLY, YOU MUST READ THIS AND SHARE IT WITH EVERY GOLFER YOU KNOW!

A FROST DELAY on a golf course IS vitally important to the condition of the golf courses in the spring. Frost is the breaking and crushing of brittle ice-filled grass cells and PERMANENTLY killing the grass!

When the course is in a FROST DELAY, it is the call of the Groundskeeper, NOT THE GOLF SHOP, so complaining to them will NOT HELP!

What golfers DO NOT REALIZE is, while the fairways and greens that are seen from the clubhouse have no frost on them, ANY OTHER FAIRWAYS, AND ESPECIALLY THE GREENS that are in the shade on the course ARE NOT. This also applies to your own yard!

You can see from the attached photograph, what happens when you crush the grass and immediately kill it.

YOU WILL NOT SEE IT WHEN YOU DO IT, but you will definitely see it in the spring.

DO NOT BE THE PROBLEM AND CAUSE OF THE COURSE LOOKING VERY BADLY IN THE SPRING, be the HERO!
